The Power of Failure
There’s so much emphasis on success that we often forget failure is inevitable. We also fear failure and what that might say about us. The truth is if you never fail that means you aren’t making progress. You’re relying on the same things you’ve always done and you’re still not getting the results you want.
Here’s another thought: if you try something new and it doesn’t work out, why does it have to be labeled a failure? You took action and it didn’t work out. Move onto another strategy. You won’t find success with every initiative you undertake, but you won’t grow, learn, or advance if you stick to the same old ideas.
